We carefully package your plants with the same attention we give our delicate Aquilegia specimens before shipping:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our nursery in Louisville, US.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after dispatch)

International Note: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

While we take every precaution with our All Annual Bedding plants and other products, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our straightforward process:

  • 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original condition: Plants must be in original packaging with tags attached
  • Non-returnable items: Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

Refund Process

After inspecting your return with the same care we give our All Climbing Plants:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless we made an error

Exchanges

To exchange items (perhaps swapping Bacopa for another variety):

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Include a note specifying desired exchange items
  3. We’ll ship replacements after receiving your return

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your All Shrubs or other items arrive damaged:
