1. Our Shop & Target Audience

Roots Plants Shop specializes in providing high-quality plants to gardening enthusiasts across the globe (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Our products range from delicate Aquilegia to robust Bare Root Fruit Trees, catering to both ornamental gardeners and practical growers.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Accuracy

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information including shipping address and contact details.

2.2 Legal Compliance

You must comply with all local regulations regarding plant importation and cultivation in your region.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts
• Misrepresent your identity or the intended use of purchased plants
• Resell our plants without prior written consent

3. Products & Services

3.1 Plant Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our All Annual Bedding plants, All Ornamental Trees, and other products. However, natural variations in size, color, and growth patterns may occur.

3.2 Seasonal Availability

Certain plants like Autumn Planting Vegetables and Bare Root Fruit Trees are seasonal. We’ll notify you if your selected plants are temporarily unavailable.

3.3 Perishable Nature

All plants are living organisms that require proper care upon delivery. We cannot guarantee survival after transfer to your care.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Louisville nursery. You’ll receive confirmation via email.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, with notice provided for existing orders.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

5.2 International Orders

Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions. We cannot ship to Asia or certain remote areas.

5.3 Delivery Issues

Report any delivery problems within 48 hours of receipt to [email protected] with order details and photos.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, excluding:

• Bare Root Fruit Trees (Apple Trees, Apricot Trees, etc.)
• All Pond Plants
• Autumn Planting Vegetables
• Any planted or unpackaged items

6.2 Return Process

2. Await approval (2 business days)
3. Repackage items in original condition

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on rootsperennials.com, including plant descriptions and images, is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Plant Care

We’re not liable for plant health after delivery. Proper care instructions are provided with each order.

8.2 Website Use

We’re not responsible for temporary website unavailability or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected items.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Disputes will be resolved in Louisville courts.
